Dr. Eric Schaefer, DC, MS, CSCS, CES, PES

Hello everyone, my name is Dr. Eric Schaefer and I am excited to be serving the Ventura, LA, and Orange county communities! I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and Masters in Strength & Human Performance from Parker University (located in Dallas, Texas).  

A brief synopsis about me, during my senior year of high school, I fractured my L5/S1 vertebrae (non-contact injury which I believe was due to improper training & recovery). As a result, I had to constantly wear a lumbar brace for my low back for 4 months straight! It was an awful experience....

Once I was cleared for rehab, I promised myself that I never wanted to go through this experience again. Alas, upon turning 18 years old,  I started my fitness journey as a personal trainer. During my undergrad years, I was working as a personal trainer that specialized in house calls for all my clientele.  Over the years, as I cultivated my unique niche of training  clientele within their homes, I wanted to take that next step forward for growth. More specifically, I wanted to expand my horizon on being proactive with one's health and body. 

As a doctor of chiropractic (and personal trainer), I specialize in traveling to my clientele to make their experiences as convenient - and enjoyable - as possible. I am extremely humbled to further grow upon this path and I am excited to share all of the knowledge that I've gained thus far upon my journey!
